Since June 01, 2023, users of Jira Cloud can switch between themes to adjust the appearance of the Jira UI:
To follow the wave, we have established support for the Dark theme in the Agile Report and Gadgets app, so now you can see your charts in visual alignment with your Jira:

Many users use Reports as a playground to iterate on charts, as they do not need to wait 30-60 seconds for all gadgets to load on the Jira Dashboard every time they change the chart configuration. After playing around and finding the right view, users create a gadget on the Jira Dashboard with the same settings as the report to share with teammates.
Now, this process is much easier because after you save your report, you can quickly add it to the Jira Dashboard:
