Added Drag & drop for changing the components' versions hierarchy

Now you can drag and drop items to change the order:

Archived components and components' versions are hidden

in the app

pickers, and

new configurations for archived items are added to the app page

Now, you can choose not to see archived items and can archive others as needed:
