How to install the app from Private Listing
Prerequisite
You must have the link to the Private Listing of the app. Its format is the following - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/download/apps/1212120/version/2000072/descriptor?access-token=aa1234bb
If you don’t have such a link, please, contact Broken Build’s support by submitting a support request or emailing us.
If the app is already installed, we recommend removing it before proceeding, to prevent any conflicts with the private version of the app.
How to install the app from Private Listing
To install the app, you must have Jira admin rights.
Go to the “Apps → Manage your apps” menu:
Enable private listings in Settings
Refresh the browser tab so that you can see “Upload app” link
Click the “Upload app” link:
Paste the URL provided by Broken Build’s support and press the “Upload” button:
Now, you should be ready to use the app. Please, make sure that “Access token status” is equal to “Active trial”:
