Not finished intervals excluded in forecast calculations based on previous max, min, and average velocity

Enhancements have been made to the forecasting accuracy by omitting not finished intervals. Now, the minimum value is derived exclusively from closed intervals, ensuring the chart reflects more reliable data:

Access to settings is available even when the chart is not loaded in reports
