Board sets

When creating charts that use data from multiple Scrum or Kanban boards, you can group these boards into a board set. This lets you easily reuse the same group later without selecting each board manually every time.

Board sets appear in the Select a board dropdown in the data source menu when creating new charts:

Create a board set

You can create a new board set in two ways:

From the Home page

  1. Go to Apps > Agile Reports.

  1. Open the Board sets tab and click Create new set.

When choosing a data source while creating a chart, you can either:

  • Select the boards and click Save as board set, or

  • Switch to the Board sets tab and click Create set.

Configure the board set

  1. Give a clear title to the board set to identify it later (1️⃣).

  2. Select boards of the same type (Scrum or Kanban) (2️⃣). You can’t mix Scrum and Kanban boards in one set.

Optional settings

  • Displayed board names (3️⃣): assign display names that will appear in the chart.

  • Description (4️⃣): Add a short note that will appear in the list of board sets.

For each board, you can also configure:

  • Sprint filter (Scrum only) (5️⃣): include or exclude sprints by name.

  • Custom Done statuses (Scrum) or from–to columns (Kanban) (6️⃣).

  • Estimation field (7️⃣).

When you use this board set to create a chart, you can still ungroup it and adjust the individual board settings:

Manage board sets

Once saved, your board set appears in the Board sets tab on the Home page, where you can edit or delete existing sets:
