Use Targets to highlight important milestone dates directly on the chart. Targets help you to visually compare forecasted completion against deadlines such as release dates, customer commitments, or PI objectives.

Targets are displayed as vertical lines with labels. Hover over a line to see the target’s name and date:

To add a target, follow these steps.

1. Click Targets > Add new above the chart:

2. Enter a name for the target (optional) and select a date:

3. After adding a target, you can change its color to make targets visually distinct:
