Share a report
You can share any chart as a report with other Jira users to make it easily discoverable in the app.
Share a new report
Save the chart as a report using Save as report, or create a new report from the app Home page.
Add a title and an optional description.
Configure the sharing settings and save the report.
Share an existing report
Open the report.
Click the three dots in the upper-right corner > Share.
Adjust the sharing options.
Sharing options
Saved reports appear under app Home > Saved reports.
Not shared - only you can see the report (tagged as My reports).
Everyone - all Jira users in your instance can access it (tagged as Shared with me).
Custom - share with specific audiences. The report appears in the Shared with me section for:
specific users
user groups (from Jira settings)
users of selected project(s)
