Share a dashboard gadget
When you save a chart as a gadget on a Jira dashboard, it becomes visible to all users who have access to that dashboard. Each user will see the gadget based on their dashboard permissions (view or edit).
To give other users access to the gadget, you can:
Share the dashboard itself. Click the three dots in the top-right corner of the dashboard and select Rename or share:
