Export a chart
You can export any chart when you need to share insights outside Jira, include visuals in reports, or perform additional analysis. There are two export options: snapshot export (PDF/PNG) and data export (CSV).
PDF or PNG snapshot
Exporting the chart as an image or PDF is useful when you want to:
Add the chart to presentations or reports
Share a static snapshot with stakeholders without giving them access to Jira
Before exporting, you can click a metric or a row in the Breakdown to highlight the corresponding segment on the chart:

Exporting the underlying data as a CSV allows you to:
Analyze results in Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools, or statistical tools
Combine chart data with external datasets for deeper analysis
Archive historical results outside Jira
How to export a chart
Open the chart you want to share.
Click the three dots in the upper-right corner.
Select Export.
Choose PDF, PNG, or CSV.
