Semi-manual migration (chart settings export/import)

Starting from Agile Reports and Gadgets Data Center version 8.6.0, app data can be migrated from DC to Cloud automatically using the Jira Cloud Migration Assistant (JCMA). This allows you to transfer your existing chart configurations to Cloud as part of the standard Jira migration flow.

You can use the chart settings export/import feature to transfer your saved gadgets one by one.

  1. Open the chart you want to migrate and click Export > Chart settings.

  1. In the target instance, click Create chart and select Import settings.

  1. Upload the previously exported file.

Chart configurations depend on Jira objects referenced in the settings, such as saved filters, projects, or custom fields. If these objects are not available in the target instance, the chart will not be fully configured:
