Above the chart
Use the Highlights setting to visually emphasize specific time ranges or percentile ranges on the Cycle Time Histogram chart. This helps identify key performance zones (for example, target delivery times or outliers).
You can configure highlights from the Highlights (1️⃣) menu above the chart. By default, the chart includes two highlights:
SLA 50–85% (2️⃣) – represents your main performance zone, typically covering most of the issues completed within the target time.
Outliers 95%+ (3️⃣) – marks issues with the longest completion times that fall outside the 95th percentile.
These highlights appear as colored shaded areas directly on the chart, making it easy to see where your team’s cycle times cluster and where outliers occur.
Adding custom highlights
You can add more custom highlights by clicking Add highlight in the Highlights menu:

Color - select how the highlight will appear on the chart.
