Use Targets to visually track your team’s goals or SLAs directly on the chart. Targets appear as horizontal dashed lines, making it easy to compare actual Cycle time, Lead time, or Time in status against your defined limits.

You can add and manage targets from the Targets dropdown above the chart.

Adding a target

Click Add target from the Targets menu to create a new target line:

For each target, you can configure:

• Color – choose a color to easily distinguish the target on the chart.

• Name – enter a label (e.g., 30 days SLA or 15 weeks limit).

• Value – specify the numeric value of the target. The unit (days, weeks, etc.) will automatically match the chart’s current Units setting.
