Install the app
This article applies to Agile Cycle Time Charts as a standalone app. For using it as part of the Agile Reports and Gadgets bundle, please see the Agile Reports and Gadgets documentation.
Jira Cloud
Log in to your Jira Cloud account.
Open the Cycle Time Charts for Jira Cloud page on the Atlassian Marketplace. Alternatively, go to Apps > Explore more apps in Jira and search for Agile Cycle Time Charts for Jira Cloud.
Click Try it free to begin a trial.
Select a site and click Review.
Can’t see the Review button?
If you don’t have admin permissions in your Jira Cloud account, you’ll see a Request app button instead. When you click it, your Jira admin will be notified and can install the app for you.
Click Start free trial and wait for the app to install.
You’re ready to start. Learn how to create your first chart.
Jira Server & Data Center
If you have Jira admin permissions
Log in to your Jira Server & Data Center account.
Click the admin dropdown (the cog icon), then choose Manage Apps.
On the Find new apps screen, search for Agile Cycle Time Charts. Click Install on the app listing and wait for the app to install.
You’re ready to start. Learn how to create your first chart.
If you don’t have Jira admin permissions
Log in to your Jira Server & Data Center account.
Click your profile picture in the top-right corner and select Atlassian Marketplace.
In the search bar, type Agile Cycle Time Charts and click Request. Your Jira admin will be notified and can install the app for you.
