Scrum boards

Using Scrum boards as a data source

You can create a chart from one or multiple Scrum boards.

The data source is selected when you first create the chart, but you can change it later under Data sources in the right-hand panel.

One team per Scrum board

If each team works on a dedicated Scrum board, you can select all relevant boards for tracking.

  1. Select Boards > Scrum boards in the Data sources section.

  2. Pick a board from the list. If it’s not visible, start typing its name to search.

  3. To include more boards for cross-team analysis, click Add board.

Several teams on one Scrum board

Let’s say multiple teams use the same Scrum board and are distinguished by sprint names:

To visualize them separately:

  1. Select the same Scrum board once or multiple times.

  2. For each instance, apply a Sprint name filter to define which team’s sprints will appear on the chart.

This way, you can break down shared board data by teams while keeping all results in one chart.
