Default velocity for non-estimated issues

• Introduced the new setting “Default value of non-estimated issues”.

• It has default value equal to 0. The values of this setting can only be non-negative values (>= 0).

• Default value setting applies to all estimation fields except “Issue Count” as it doesn’t make any sense.

The selected board disappears from the select input after typing

When user select scrum board after typing/searching it the selected board disappears from the select input.
