How to update the application to latest version in Data Center

Only users with Jira administrator access can update the application. Please, contact the Jira administrator if you do not have administrator access.

Follow the next steps:

  1. Click on the “Jira administration” cog icon;

  2. Select the “Manage apps” option;

  3. Select the “Manage apps” at the sidebar;

  4. In the “User-installed apps” list, find the application you need;

  5. If the application’s new version is available, you will see a corresponding tooltip and ‘Update’ button:

     

  6. Click on the application in the list to get more information about the installed application;

  7. Click on the “Update” button;

     

  8. Wait for the installation process to finish:

     

The up-to-date version of the application is ready for use.
