How to install the app from Private Listing

Prerequisite

You must have the link to the Private Listing of the app. Its format is the following - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/download/apps/1215768/version/1001097/descriptor?access-token=aa1234bb

If you don’t have such a link, please, contact Broken Build’s support by submitting a support request or emailing us.

How to install the app from Private Listing

To install the app, you must have Jira admin rights.

  1. Go to the “Apps → Manage your apps” menu:

  1. Enable private listings in Settings

  2. Click the “Upload app” link:

 

  1. Paste the URL provided by Broken Build’s support and press the “Upload” button:

  1. Now, you should be ready to use the app. Please, make sure that “Access token status” is equal to “Active trial”:
