Final commitment
Definition
The amount of work the team has committed to deliver by the end of a sprint, after all scope adjustments made during the sprint are taken into account. If the sprint is still in progress, the metric reflects the current situation.

Final commitment = Initial commitment + Added work + Estimation change – Removed workFinal commitment = Initial commitment + Total scope change
In the example below, in Sprint 76:
Initial commitment = 37.5 SP
Added work = +5 SP
Estimation change = +0.5 SP
Removed work = 0 SP
Final commitment = 43 SP
