Definition
Issues that were planned for the sprint but not finished.
By default, an issue is considered completed when it is moved to the last column of your Jira board. You can configure custom Done statuses (Scrum boards) or custom from-to columns (Kanban boards) in the calculation settings.

Formula:Not completed work = Final commitment – Completed work
In this example, only 36.99% of the final commitment was completed in Sprint 5, while 63.01% of the issues were not completed. To see the exact issue list, select an interval on the chart, then click Find issues.
