Definition

Total scope that was completed by the end of the sprint, including any changes made during the sprint.

In the following example, in Sprint 3, the team completed 77.78% of the Initial Commitment. However, when added work and estimation changes are included, the completed work amounted to 93.06% relative to the Initial Commitment.
