Added the option to disable active sprint switching in Global Settings

Now, you can switch off showing the active sprint by default, and you don’t need to go to the Sprint tab to switch it off every time you create a new chart.

The configuration allows you to set up each chart type separately in Reports and Gadgets.

Added the ability to refresh a single gadget instead of refreshing all gadgets on the dashboard

That function is present in Cloud Jira by default, and now, the "Refresh" button appears in the gadget context menu in DC Jira as well:

Added the ability to open issues directly from the issue list while maintaining the context of the report/gadget

Now you can see the issue details without leaving the dashboard context, just click on it in sprint details:

Fixed the median value displayed for each period/interval on the chart when the "All intervals" option is selected

 As a result, the median value is displayed once, similar to the average, when the "All intervals" option is selected.
