Support widget in Reports
When you are working with the reports the Support widget is always available in the bottom right of the reports page as a blue question mark. Click on it, fill in the details of your question or issue and we will be back soon to you.
Help menu in Gadgets
Just click Help → Support link available in any Agile Gadget to open the Support screen with Support contacts and Support data.
You can create a support ticket using our Jira Service Desk or by sending an email to support@brokenbuild.net with optional support data and attachments.
