What is support data?

It is a JSON-structured data support engineers use to analyze the user context and take initial troubleshooting steps.

What is included to support data?

  1. Gadget/report configuration the user specifies in settings.

  2. Board configuration data fetched from Jira API.

  3. Report data the gadget/report renders on the graph.

  4. Jira time configuration fetch from Jira API.

  5. License status and application version data fetch from Jira API.

How to get the support data?

Follow the next steps:

  1. Click on the “Help” icon of the chart:

  2. Select the “Support data” option;

  3. Review the data displayed:

  4. Click on “Copy to clipboard” to copy all the data in one click;

  5. Save it to the file.

How is the support data used?

Having support data support engineers can quickly obtain the user’s context and reproduce the issue without the long communication chain.
