To adjust the chart for your needs, you don’t need to have the editor rights. You can simply use your user preferences, which will be saved on the user level and won’t affect other users.

Benefits

  • Tailor your charts to focus on specific metrics without changing settings or reloading.

  • Adjust and personalize your data views without requirement to be the owner of dashboard or report.

  • Slice and dice data in different views using breakdowns, discovering insightful delivery in seconds.

For Velocity charts

To reset user prefs to current chart settings, click Reset:

For Velocity breakdown

For any Velocity chart, whether viewed as a report or as a gadget on the dashboard, you have the flexibility to change the breakdown configuration: reorder options, select different options, and enable or disable the breakdown level — all on the fly without needing to reload the chart:
