Chart loading is x3 faster than before in charts for Scrum boards

We have updated the logic for loading gadgets on the dashboard. Now, if you have more than one gadget, you will notice that it loads sequentially and more quickly. The average chart with 5-7 sprints now loads three times faster than before.
