Cycle Time Charts: Performance improvements

We’re excited to announce that chart loading times have been significantly reduced—on average, by 25%. Now, instead of taking 30 seconds to load before the cache warms up, it will take just 24 seconds. At scale, this represents a substantial improvement to the user experience.
