Collect support data

Support data is a JSON file that helps support engineers understand the user’s setup and start troubleshooting quickly.

What’s Included?

1. Chart Configuration: The settings you’ve applied to the chart.

2. Board Configuration: Details fetched from Jira about your board setup.

3. Report Data: The data shown on the chart.

4. Jira Time Configuration: Time settings pulled from Jira.

5. License and App Version: Information about your app license and version.

How to collect

1. Click on the “Help” icon on the chart.

2. Select the “Report an Issue” option.

3. Review the data.

4. Press “Download” to save the data as a text file.
