How to manage

Title

Easily edit the title of your gadget or chart for clear identification.

By default, all gadgets are “Untitled”.

Description

Add a brief description to keep track of the gadget's purpose and improve the gadget identification.

The description is displayed on the gadget while hovering over the title.

Actions

Export your chart as a PNG or PDF.

Make a duplicate of the existing gadget on the same or another dashboard:

If you change issues (change status or any other field) while the Edit mode is opened, “Refresh data” to reflect changes.

The “Refresh” option is available for the gadget on the Dashboard.

 

Help menu

The Help Menu in Cycle Time Chart is your quick access to all the resources you need to make the most of the application.

Here is how to use its options:

  • Quick start video: option provides a fast onboarding presentation of the application, helping you quickly understand its key features. This video is available exclusively in "Edit" mode, ensuring you have the tools you need while customizing your charts.
    You can “Skip video and watch later” or watch it directly on YouTube.

You can rewatch the video any time from the “Help” menu.

  • Documentation: you will be taken here to access instructions and guides covering all the features and functions to help you navigate and use Cycle Time Chart effectively.

  • Getting started:

    • Home page: jump straight to the central hub for all things Cycle Time Chart to start from scratch.

    • Book demo: schedule a personalized demo to explore the app’s features with an expert.

  • Release notes: read detailed notes on recent updates and bug fixes.

  • Feedback:

    • Suggest a feature: share your ideas for new features directly with the development team.

  • Report an issue: use this option when you want to ask us about any issues you see on the chart or need clarification from our Support team.

The “Report an issue” option is available only for the calculated chart (in “Edit” mode and the gadget on the dashboard).
