How to read the Cycle Time Histogram Chart
Y-axis represents the Issue Count — how many tasks are being tracked.
X-axis displays the selected Unit (days, weeks, etc.), showing the time taken for tasks.
Bars: each separate bar represents all issues with the same Cycle/Lead Time value.
The highest bar represents the group of issues that share the most common cycle/lead time value. It shows where most tasks are clustered regarding the time taken to complete.
The lowest bar represents the fewest issues with that specific time value. This could indicate outliers or exceptional cases where tasks took much longer or shorter than the average.
Hover on a separate bar: a tooltip appears with the issue count inside the bar.
Hover over the highlighted area: a tooltip appears with key details — name, unit, and value of your selection.
Click on bar/highlighted area filters the Breakdown and the Issue list to focus on the exact data point you clicked, giving you deeper insights into specific areas.
